We’ve long been known as a singing church and the 80-member Village Church Chancel Choir is integral to the life of the congregation. The camaraderie and sense of community in this choir fuels the personal and spiritual growth of each singer. Every rehearsal is an enjoyable experience. Musical literacy is not required, however previous choral experience is recommended. At this time the choir meets on Thursdays at 7:00 PM.

The Faith We Sing: A Festival of Hymns with Charles Frost
January 24-26, 2025
Join us as we sing beloved hymns and anthems with guest clinician Charles Frost. Charles Frost is a choir director organist based in South Carolina. Charles is the President of the Hymn Society of the United States and Canada and served on the Presbyterian Committee On Congregational Song which oversaw the development of the latest hymnal "Glory to God." Since retirement he has given recitals and led hymn sings throughout the country. This festival will be the culmination of a weekend of rehearsals, lecture, and worship. See More Information
Spring Choral Concert with Nathaniel Gumbs

Nathaniel Gumbs is one of the most dynamic American organists of our times. Dr. Gumbs holds a DMA from Eastman School of Music, a Masters of Music from Yale and a Bachelors from the Shenandoah Conservatory. Nathaniel is in demand as a soloist and collaborator with recent appearances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Jason Max Ferdinand Singers.
