Registration at the Village consists of Priority Registration and Standard Registration, defined as follows:
Priority Registration:
- Children of Church Members; a church member is defined as a person who has been received into membership of the Village Church
- Children who are Currently Enrolled
- Entering Siblings of children who are currently enrolled
- Children on Wait List; Priority will be determined by date of initial contact
All other incoming students throughout the school year are considered Standard Registration.

To ensure priority registration we will need the enrollment fee turned in with the following updated registration forms:
- Preschool Registration Form
- Parental Consent for Directory
- Enrollment Agreement
- Electronic Funds Tuition Withdrawal
- General Information – Family & Child
Your child’s file must be complete and/or up to date. All previous tuition and fees must be paid.
New Students:
To ensure registration we will need the enrollment fee turned in with all Registration Forms.*
*Physicians Report Form and all required immunizations will need to be submitted by May 31st prior to the start of school in September.
