We offer women of all ages countless opportunities to be shaped in the image of Christ and express his love in their daily lives through bible studies, day-long retreats, special events and mission partners that nurture women and children around the world.
Women’s Ministries welcomes everyone from young moms to those enjoying their golden years. Live your worship all week long by attending any or all of these events:
For more than 50 years, The Village Church has offered a weekly Wednesday bible study attending by well over 100 women from across San Diego. New studies start each September and go through May. Refreshments are offered during the study that starts at 9:00 AM followed by small group discussions at 10:15 and ending by 11:00 AM. Senior pastor Rev. Dr. Jack Baca leads the instructors which include associate pastors. Special speakers and mission projects are offered throughout the year. It’s a chance to make new, Christian friends and deepen your knowledge of the bible while being nurtured by fellow believers. Childcare is provided.

There are many ways for women at The Village Church to serve and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ especially those who love to knit! Drop in on this Wednesday evening group to learn from skilled instructors, keen to express their creativity through knitting. All skill levels are welcome at this weekly fellowship that meets from 5:30-9:30 PM in Kids' Village room 106 on the church campus.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at the annual Christmas and Easter holiday luncheons The Village Church hosts each year. More than 150 women of all ages and faiths gather in the Fellowship Center to share an afternoon with friends and meet others from across San Diego. Guest speakers and musical entertainment round out these special afternoons that reach out to the community of Christ.
