Pastor Nominating Committee - Listening Sessions

The Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) began its work of discerning God's call for our next senior pastor. During these early stages, one of our most important priorities is listening to the congregation.

Over the coming weeks, we will gather input to better understand the qualities, gifts, and leadership characteristics that members believe are most important in our next senior pastor. Your insights will help us develop a clear picture of our congregation's hopes, needs, and vision for the future. We invite you to participate in one of six Listening Sessions on Sundays, July 12, 19, and 26, following each service where you can share your thoughts on what makes an effective and faithful pastor. A congregational survey will also be distributed by August. Please keep the PNC and our church in your prayers as we seek God's guidance throughout this process.
