Kingdom Academy Track 1: The Good and Beautiful God

Come discover what Jesus reveals about God and learn spiritual practices that help us grow into the likeness of Jesus. As part of the Kingdom Academy of The Village Church, this 9-session small group study begins the week of January 5, 2025 and continues, with sessions every other week, through the week of April 27, 2025. When you register you will be able to select from several days/times to find something that works best for your schedule. There will be a kick-off celebration at the church on January 3 at 5:30 PM for all who will be taking this transformational journey.

Continues every other week: January 5 & 19, February 2 & 16, March 2, 16 & 30, April 23 & 27

The study is based on James Bryan Smith's book, The Good and Beautiful God: Falling in Love With the God Jesus Knows, and is suited to seasoned believers as well as those new to the faith – and everyone in between. Throughout the study you will learn about a good, trustworthy, generous, loving, holy, self-sacrificing, and transformative God who wants a relationship with each of us.

This is the follow-on study for those who attended the "How to Follow Jesus" sessions in September, but is open to anyone who would like to continue or get started on their walk of "Following Jesus for Life."
