Mission Partner Lunch - Evangelical Theological Seminary of Cairo

Sunday, February 16 | 11:30 AM | Parlor

You're invited to join us for lunch with Darren Kennedy on Sunday, February 16 immediately after second service to learn more about the Evangelical Theological Seminary of Cairo.

The Evangelical Theological Seminary of Cairo (ETSC), the largest Protestant seminary in the Middle East, exists to prepare, equip and train pastors and leaders of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church and various churches in Egypt, the Arab world, and Arab communities abroad, to be qualified to serve the church and society. Our guest, Dr. Darren Kennedy has served at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo (ETSC) since 1999. He has served as the Academic Dean and as the Chair of the Department of Theology and Church History. Darren is a professor of systematic theology. Darren's passion is to teach and equip students who will serve as Christian leaders in the Arabic-speaking world.

The Village Church is planning a trip to ETSC and other ministries in Egypt in October of 2025, so this lunch is a great way to learn about ETSC and about Egypt.

Due to limited seating, RSVP required by Friday, February 7
