Children's Ministries at The Village Community Presbyterian Church seeks to glorify Jesus as it serves parents and children of North County San Diego by providing Bible based program opportunities for children, birth through sixth grade. One of our objectives is to help children discover Jesus in a personal way so they will grow up familiar with His teachings and the Word of God. It is our desire that the training they receive here will be taken with them throughout their lives.
"...from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus."

Children learn foundational truths and biblical principles through: worship, Bible study, scripture memorization, drama, discussion, crafts, outreach/mission projects and games. Classrooms are staffed by qualified personnel and volunteers who are committed to the spiritual development of each child.
It is our belief that the Lord has a plan for every boy and girl and it begins to unfold with the consistent and faithful teaching of His Word. Hearing God's Word, coupled with the work of the Holy Spirit, children will learn to place their faith in Jesus Christ and then build a firm foundation for all that is in store as they grow in Him. Children's Ministries would like to help you and your children discover the difference Jesus' love can make.
During 8:45 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. worship services:
- Nursery Room (in the Fellowship Center) childcare for infants and toddlers through age 2.
- 2-3-4 Year-Old Sunday School class (must be potty trained) – Nursery School building / lower campus Yellow Room.
- Kindergarten-1st Grade Sunday School Class, -- Nursery School building / lower campus Red Room.
- Come2LIFE for children in grades 2, 3, 4; Children go with parents to worship and are dismissed to the Fellowship Center until our new Christian Education building is completed in August.
- Club 56, grades 5 and 6 go with parents to worship and are dismissed to the Fellowship Center until our new Christian Education building is completed in August. Club 56 is a dynamic Christ-centered, fun-filled, worshipful experience for our tweeners.
